1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using StralixCloud services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
StralixCloud provides Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) solutions including but not limited to:
- Virtual machine instances
- Storage solutions
- Network infrastructure
- Database services
- Security and monitoring tools
3. Account Registration
To access our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. Service Level Agreement
StralixCloud commits to maintaining 99.9% uptime for our core infrastructure services. In the event of service interruptions beyond our control, we will provide timely updates and work to restore services as quickly as possible.
5. Payment Terms
Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms.
6. Data Security and Privacy
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
7. Limitation of Liability
StralixCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to retrieve your data before it is permanently deleted.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service dashboard.
