This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of StralixCloud services and is designed to protect our customers, our network, and the internet community. Violation of this policy may result in service suspension or termination.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services for any of the following activities:
Illegal Activities
- Any activity that violates local, state, national, or international laws
- Distribution of copyrighted materials without authorization
- Hacking, cracking, or unauthorized access to systems
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or other harmful code
Network Abuse
- Denial of service attacks or attempts to disrupt services
- Unauthorized network scanning or probing
- Spam or unsolicited bulk email
- Activities that consume excessive bandwidth or system resources
Harmful Content
- Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
- Adult content involving minors
- Content that violates privacy rights of others
- Fraudulent or deceptive content
3. Resource Usage
You are responsible for monitoring your resource usage and ensuring it remains within your service plan limits. Excessive usage that impacts other customers may result in service limitations or additional charges.
4. Security Requirements
You must:
- Maintain strong passwords and secure access credentials
- Keep your systems and software updated with security patches
- Implement appropriate security measures for your applications
- Report security incidents promptly to our support team
5. Compliance Monitoring
StralixCloud reserves the right to monitor usage patterns and investigate potential violations of this policy. We may suspend or terminate services immediately if we determine that your use poses a risk to our network or other customers.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it immediately to abuse@stralixcloud.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
7. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Warning notices
- Temporary service suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Legal action where appropriate
8. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
